- Air Tickets: Round-trip air tickets (KTM-LUKLA-KTM) for both team members and guides, including airport taxes.
- Trekking Permits: Obtain the essential TIMS card (Trekking Information Management System), Pasang Lamu Gau Palika Entry Fee, and Sagarmatha (Everest) National Park Fee.
- Meals: Full-board meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with hot beverages like tea and coffee during the trek.

- Nepal Entry Visa: The fee for your entry visa to Nepal is not included.
- International Airfare: Costs associated with international air travel to and from Nepal are not covered.
- Entrance Fees: Admission fees for sightseeing and monuments specified in the itinerary are not part of the package.
- Emergency Expenses: Costs related to rescues, repatriation, medicines, medical tests, and hospitalization are not included.
- Personal Expenses: This encompasses phone calls, laundry, bar bills, battery recharge, mineral water, and hot showers.
- Items of Personal Nature: Expenses for personal items, laundry, and tips are not incorporated.
- Trekking Gear: Personal trekking gear such as a down jacket and sleeping bags are to be provided by trekkers.
- Additional Staff: Any staff beyond what is specified in the package is not covered.
- Natural Calamities: In cases of natural calamities, political unrest, flight cancellations due to weather, landslides, etc., additional charges must be borne by individuals.

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be welcomed and transferred to your hotel. You can rest and recover from your journey or explore the city’s vibrant streets.
Embark on a guided sightseeing tour to explore the cultural and historical highlights of Kathmandu Valley. Visit UNESCO World Heritage Sites such as Swayambhunath Stupa, Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath Stupa, and Kathmandu Durbar Square.
Catch a scenic flight to Lukla, where your trekking adventure begins. After landing, you’ll trek to Phakding, a charming village along the Dudh Koshi River. Enjoy the picturesque landscapes and Sherpa culture along the way. (Flight: 35 minutes, Trek: 3 hours)
Embark on a trail that leads you through pine forests, suspension bridges, and villages. Arrive at Namche Bazaar, the gateway to the Khumbu region. This bustling Sherpa town offers stunning mountain views and is ideal for acclimatization. (Trek: 5 hours)
This is a rest day in Namche Bazaar to help your body adjust to the higher altitude. You can explore the town, visit the Everest View Hotel, or take a short hike to Khumjung village to immerse yourself in the local culture.
The trail takes you through rhododendron forests and opens up to spectacular views of Ama Dablam and other peaks. Reach Deboche, a small village with a monastery and a serene ambiance. (Trek: 4-5 hours)
Pass through lush landscapes and cross the Imja River to reach Dingboche, a village surrounded by beautiful fields. The altitude gain becomes more noticeable, so take it slow and stay hydrated. (Trek: 4 hours)
Climb steadily to Chhukung, a remote village nestled at the base of Lhotse and Ama Dablam. The stunning views of the surrounding peaks are truly awe-inspiring. (Trek: 3-4 hours)
Embark on an ascent of Chhukung Ri, which offers panoramic views of the surrounding peaks, including Makalu, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam. Descend back to Chhukung for the night. (Activity: 3-4 hours)
Cross the challenging Kongma La Pass, surrounded by towering peaks. Descend to the Khumbu Glacier and then trek to Lobuche, a settlement with stunning mountain views. (Trek: 6-7 hours)
Trek to Gorak Shep and continue to Everest Base Camp, the starting point for Everest expeditions. Enjoy the surreal landscape and the iconic Khumbu Icefall before returning to Gorak Shep. (Trek: 6-7 hours)
Hike to Kala Patthar for sunrise, where you’ll be rewarded with breathtaking views of Everest, Nuptse, and Pumori. Return to Lobuche for the night. (Trek: 7 hours)
Trek through the high alpine terrain to Dzongla, situated at the foot of the Cho La Pass. Enjoy the dramatic landscapes and prepare for the pass-crossing. (Trek: 3-4 hours)
Cross the challenging Cho La Pass, surrounded by towering peaks and glaciers. Descend to the beautiful Gokyo Valley, home to pristine glacial lakes. (Trek: 7-8 hours)
Take a well-deserved rest day in Gokyo, or hike up to Gokyo Ri for panoramic views of Everest, Cho Oyu, and other Himalayan giants. (Activity: 3-4 hours)
Cross the Renjo La Pass, offering breathtaking views of the Gokyo lakes and surrounding peaks. Descend to Lumde, a remote village in the Gokyo region. (Trek: 7-8 hours)
Trek to Thame, a traditional Sherpa village with a rich cultural heritage. Enjoy the serene surroundings and immerse yourself in the local lifestyle. (Trek: 5-6 hours)
Descend through forests and charming villages to reach Monju, a gateway to the Sagarmatha National Park. (Trek: 6-7 hours)
Complete the trek with a descent to Lukla, where you can celebrate the completion of your high passes adventure with your trekking crew. (Trek: 4 hours)
Take a scenic flight back to Kathmandu, where you can relax and reflect on your incredible journey. (Flight: 45 minutes)
You have a free day to explore Kathmandu further, do some last-minute shopping, or simply relax. You could also opt for additional sightseeing or activities.
Depending on your flight schedule, you will be transferred to the airport for your departure.
