Embark on a picturesque 7-8 hour drive from Kathmandu to Shyabru Besi. The journey offers a diverse range of landscapes, from lush valleys to terraced fields, as you approach your trek’s starting point.
Your trek commences as you hike from Shyabru Besi to Gatlang via Chawatar. This 5-6 hour journey exposes you to the captivating surroundings of the Ganesh Himal region.
Today’s hike to Somdang, passing through Parvati Kund and Yuri Kharka, lasts 6-7 hours. As you traverse the trail, you’ll be enchanted by the scenic beauty of the area.
A 3 ½ hour trek leads you to the breathtaking Pangsang Pass, also known as Pangsang La. Here, you’ll be greeted by awe-inspiring panoramic views of the surrounding mountains.
Continue your journey towards Shertung/Chalish via Tipling, a 5-6 hour trek that introduces you to the local culture and scenic landscapes.
Trek from Chalish to Newar Gaon, a 6-hour journey via Hindung. Along the way, you’ll be captivated by the tranquil charm of the region.
Your path takes you from Newar Gaon to Kupchyat, a 5-hour trek. En route, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy the soothing hot springs.
Traverse the route from Kupchyat to Lapa Gaon via Khading, a 4-5 hour journey that showcases the natural beauty of the region.
Continue your trek from Lapa Gaon to the enchanting Jharlang (Ungul) via Borang, a 5-6 hour journey that unveils both cultural richness and mountain panoramas.
Today’s 7-8 hour hike takes you from Jharlang (Ungul) to Khaniyabas via Kuri. The ever-changing landscapes and local life add depth to your experience.
Embark on a 5-6 hour trek from Khaniyabas to Megang Danda, where you’ll be treated to sweeping panoramic vistas.
Conclude your trek with a day of walking to Trisuli Bazaar, followed by a scenic 4-hour drive back to Kathmandu, allowing you to reflect on your remarkable journey.
