Commencing in Kathmandu, the journey involves meticulous preparations at the Ministry of Tourism before a scenic 10-hour bus ride to Beni. Trek through picturesque landscapes, quaint villages, and diverse terrains, gradually ascending to higher altitudes. Acclimate in Gurja Gaon, then ascend through challenging terrain to reach the majestic Churen Himal Base Camp at 4,160 meters. The subsequent climbing phase spans days 13-27, where climbers face the ultimate challenge of summiting the 7,385-meter peak. Descend through familiar routes, concluding the trek in Kathmandu. Reflect on the achievements during a free day, with the expedition culminating in a final departure on day 35. This expedition promises a blend of cultural immersion, natural beauty, and the triumph of reaching the formidable Churen Himal summit.

Today is dedicated to final preparations and a briefing at the Ministry of Tourism in Kathmandu. Ensure that all necessary permits and logistics are in order for the upcoming expedition to Churen Himal.

Embark on a scenic 10-hour bus journey from Kathmandu to Beni, situated at an altitude of 830 meters. Experience the diverse landscapes of Nepal during the drive.

Travel by bus from Beni to Darbang, a journey of approximately 4 hours, and reach an altitude of 1070 meters. The route may present glimpses of rural life and beautiful terrains.

Embark on a 5-hour trek from Darbang to Sibang, reaching an altitude of 1680 meters. The trail may take you through lush forests and charming villages, offering a taste of the local culture.

Continue your trek from Sibang to Muna, covering a distance in approximately 5 hours and reaching an altitude of 1965 meters. Enjoy the natural beauty and serenity of the surroundings.

A 6-hour trek takes you from Muna to Khabang Pauwa, situated at an altitude of 2275 meters. The day’s journey may involve varied landscapes and unique flora.

Trek for 5 hours from Khabang Pauwa to Gurjagoan, reaching an altitude of 2577 meters. Experience the changing terrain and immerse yourself in the trekking adventure.

Take a day of repose in Gurja Gaon, allowing time for acclimatization and relaxation before ascending to higher altitudes.

Resume your trek with a 4 to 5-hour journey from Gurja Gaon to Darsinge Kharka, situated at an altitude of 2927 meters. Enjoy the panoramic views and the gradual change in landscape.

Embark on a 7-hour trek from Darsinge Kharka to Budzunga Kharka, reaching an altitude of 4300 meters. The day’s trek may involve challenging terrain and breathtaking mountain vistas.

Continue the ascent with a 5-hour trek from Budzunga Kharka to Churen Himal Base Camp at an altitude of 4160 meters. Enjoy the awe-inspiring views of the Churen Himal.

This extended period is dedicated to the challenging ascent of Churen Himal. The climbing duration may vary based on weather conditions and expedition progress.

Descend from Churen Himal Base Camp to Budzunga Kharka, taking in the familiar surroundings and reflecting on the expedition’s achievements.

Trek for approximately 7 hours from Budzunga Kharka to Gurja Gaon, descending to lower altitudes.

Continue the descent from Gurja Gaon to Lumsung, covering a distance of 6 hours and reaching an altitude of 2100 meters.

Trek for 6 hours from Lumsung to Sibang, appreciating the changing landscapes and local villages along the way.

Travel by bus from Sibang to Darbang and then to Beni, a journey of approximately 4 hours.

Embark on a 10-hour bus journey from Beni back to Kathmandu, concluding the trekking portion of the expedition.

Take a day for final briefings, and debriefing, and enjoy a free day in Kathmandu, reflecting on the expedition’s accomplishments.
