Upon landing at Kathmandu airport, our team welcomes you before escorting you to the hotel. Day 01 is designated for rest, allowing you to recuperate from your travels and acclimatize to the new surroundings.

Embark on a comprehensive full-day guided tour of the Kathmandu Valley. Concurrently, check and prepare your equipment, and facilitate introductions between our staff and expedition members for effective communication. This day contributes to team cohesion and provides necessary downtime for acclimatization.

Attend a vital briefing at the Minister of Tourism and Civil Aviation, Tourism Industry Division. This session equips you with essential information for the upcoming expedition, allowing you to finalize preparations and address any last-minute queries.

Begin the trek with a scenic bus journey from Kathmandu to Beshisahar, followed by a trek to Ngadi at an altitude of 930m. This day introduces you to the trekking landscape, offering an initial taste of the picturesque surroundings. The approximate walking hours for this day are around 5-6 hours.

Continue the trek from Ngadi to Jagat, navigating diverse terrain and gradually gaining altitude. This day provides around 6-7 hours of trekking, allowing for acclimatization and immersion in the natural beauty of the region.

Trek from Jagat to Dharapani, facing new challenges and captivating surroundings. With approximately 7-8 hours of walking, this leg of the journey offers ample time for acclimatization and appreciation of the changing landscapes.

Continue the ascent, trekking from Dharapani to Koto. With around 6-7 hours of walking, this day strikes a balance between physical challenge and scenic exploration, deepening your connection with the Himalayan environment.

The trek from Koto to Dharmasala is marked by diverse landscapes and varying elevations. Expect around 6-7 hours of walking as you continue to acclimatize, surrounded by the natural beauty of the region.

Traverse from Dharmasala to Phu Khola, experiencing a gradual change in the terrain. The approximate walking time for today is 6-7 hours, providing ample opportunity to adapt to the altitude and revel in the unique scenery.

Embark on the final stretch to Gyajikhang Base Camp from Phu Khola. This challenging leg of the journey involves approximately 5-6 hours of trekking, culminating in reaching the base camp and preparing for the upcoming climbing period.

Continue the downward journey from Koto to Dharapani, relishing the decreasing altitude and varied landscapes. Allocate approximately 6-7 hours for this leg of the trek.

Conclude the trek with a bus journey from Besisahar to Kathmandu, providing around 7-8 hours of travel time. This transition allows for a gradual return to lower altitudes.

Participate in a thorough debriefing session at the Tourism Industry Division, reflecting on the expedition’s accomplishments and sharing valuable feedback.
