Beginning in Kathmandu at an elevation of 1400 meters and culminating at a majestic 5388 meters, this journey offers a perfect blend of cultural immersion, encounters with picturesque villages, and enchanting forests, and the thrill of conquering challenging mountain passes. The ultimate reward awaits at the Kanchenjunga base camp, where you'll be greeted by awe-inspiring vistas. We have carefully planned out each day to give you the best possible experience. From exploring historic landmarks to tasting delicious local cuisine, each day is packed with adventure and excitement. Join us as we take you on a journey through some of the most fascinating destinations in the world.

On this day, you’ll arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, Nepal, and be transferred to your hotel, located at an altitude of 1400 meters, to rest and prepare for your upcoming adventure.

This day includes a guided sightseeing tour of historical and cultural sites in the Kathmandu Valley, exploring UNESCO World Heritage Sites, and much more.

You’ll take a domestic flight from Kathmandu to Biratnagar, which is situated at an altitude of 81 meters, and check in at your Biratnagar hotel.

Beginning your trek, you’ll drive from Biratnagar to Sukehtar, and then trek to Lali Kharka. You’ll ascend to an altitude of 2300 meters and descend to 2180 meters during this day’s journey, walking through lush forests and terraced fields.

Your trek continues from Lali Kharka to Sinchewa, where you’ll experience a gradual descent from 2180 meters to 2050 meters, amidst enchanting landscapes and local culture.

As you proceed, you’ll trek from Sinchewa to Mamankhe, descending from 2050 meters to 1770 meters. The day includes crossing suspension bridges and passing through picturesque villages.

You’ll trek from Mamankhe to Yamphudin, gradually ascending from 1770 meters to 2080 meters, passing through rhododendron forests and engaging with the local community.

This day’s journey involves trekking to Lamite Bhanjyang and then to Tortong, where you’ll ascend to an altitude of 3406 meters before descending to 2865 meters. The highlights include reaching higher altitudes and enjoying scenic beauty.

You’ll trek to Tseram, experiencing an increase in altitude from 2865 meters to 3700 meters. This day leads you into alpine terrain and closer to the high mountains.

Taking an acclimatization day, you’ll hike to Oktang, reaching an altitude of 4730 meters, and return to Tseram at 3700 meters. Enjoy stunning views of the Kanchanjunga range.

Trek to Selele via Sinelapche La and Mirgin La. You’ll reach altitudes of 4620 meters, 4580 meters, and 4130 meters on this day, passing through challenging high mountain passes and experiencing breathtaking panoramas.

Your journey leads you to Ghunsa via Sele La. Altitudes for the day range from 4130 meters to 4290 meters and finally to 3450 meters. You’ll descend to Ghunsa, enjoying mountain vistas.

As you trek to Khambachen, you’ll be at an altitude of 4090 meters and have the opportunity to view the north face of Jannu while traversing the unique wilderness.

You’ll continue your trek to Lhonak, reaching an altitude of 4750 meters. Enjoy the high-altitude terrain with impressive views.

Trek to Pang Pema, reaching an altitude of 5150 meters. This day takes you to the base camp of Kanchanjunga.

Explore Little Kangch at 6010 meters and return to Lhonak at 4785 meters. Optionally, climb for amazing panoramic views.

You’ll retrace your steps to familiar terrain, descending from 4785 meters to 3445 meters.

Your trek leads you to Amjilessa, descending from 3445 meters to 2400 meters.

You’ll trek to Chirwa, descending from 2400 meters to 1230 meters, returning to the lush greenery of lower regions.

Trek to Sukehtar via Mayam, reaching altitudes of 1720 meters and 2300 meters. You’ll cross the Tamor River and head towards Sukehtar.

Take flights from Sukehtar to Biratnagar, and then from Biratnagar to Kathmandu. Check-in at your Kathmandu hotel.

Enjoy a day of relaxation; self-guided exploration, and last-hour shopping in Kathmandu to prepare for departure.

Transfer to Tribhuvan International Airport for your international flight, concluding your memorable Kanchenjunga trek adventure.
