The trek unfolds from Lukla to Phakding, gradually ascending to Namche Bazaar, where a day of acclimatization ensues. Continuing the ascent, participants journey to Tengboche, marveling at the iconic Tengboche Monastery. The expedition reaches its pinnacle during days eight to 24, as climbers navigate the challenging terrain to conquer Mt. Amadablam at 6,812m. The descent includes a cleanup effort at the base camp, promoting environmental stewardship. The return trek, marked by reflection and celebration, concludes in Lukla. Participants then fly back to Kathmandu, where a debriefing and farewell dinner cap off this transformative adventure before departure from Kathmandu International Airport.

Embark on the Mt. Amadablam Expedition with a gracious arrival in Kathmandu, nestled at an altitude of 1300m. The day invites participants to settle into the city’s vibrant atmosphere, providing an opportunity for well-deserved rest and recovery, ensuring a harmonious beginning to the upcoming adventure.

At an elevation of 1300m, day two unfolds with a thoughtful exploration of Kathmandu’s cultural and historical treasures guided by local experts. This immersive experience allows participants to appreciate the depth of Nepal’s heritage, fostering a cultural connection that sets a respectful tone for the forthcoming journey.

Day three, elevated at 1300m, offers a thorough expedition briefing at the Department of Tourism. Attendees engage in the necessary preparations, addressing paperwork and permits with a sense of meticulousness, fostering an atmosphere of collaboration and preparedness.

The journey takes flight on day four, landing in Lukla and gracefully descending to Phakding at 2,650m. The 3-4 hours of trekking through picturesque landscapes gently initiates the acclimatization process, promoting a thoughtful and gradual adjustment to the increasing altitude.

Ascending to 3,440m on day five, participants embark on a 6-7 hour trek to Namche Bazaar. Crossing suspension bridges and absorbing the Himalayan panorama, the day fosters a connection with the environment, encouraging participants to respect and appreciate the natural surroundings.

Day seven unfolds at 3,867m as trekkers journey from Namche to Tengboche. The 5-6 hour trek, weaving through rhododendron forests, culminates at the Tengboche Monastery. Here, amidst awe-inspiring views, participants appreciate the sanctity of the surroundings with a sense of reverence.

Descending to Lukla, participants cover approximately 6-7 hours of trekking, marking the culmination of the mountainous phase of the expedition. Flying back to Kathmandu from Lukla at an altitude of 1300m, participants return to the city with a sense of gratitude. Elevated at 1300m, day 29 unfolds with a comprehensive expedition debriefing session at the Department of Tourism.
