Get ready for the expedition as you attend a briefing in the Tourism Industry Division, interacting with staff to ensure a smooth journey ahead.

Embark on a scenic bus journey from Kathmandu to Beni, a town nestled at 1000 meters. The nine-hour drive takes you through diverse landscapes, providing a taste of the geographical variety that Nepal offers. As you cover the distance, you’ll witness the transition from the urban hustle of Kathmandu to the serene foothills.

Your trek officially begins as you traverse from Beni to Babiyachour, walking for approximately five hours through lush terrain, gradually gaining altitude. The trek offers a gentle introduction to the trekking routine, allowing you to appreciate the natural beauty surrounding you.

Continue your journey to Dharapani, a picturesque village at 1470 meters. The seven-hour trek introduces you to the charming landscapes of the region. As you ascend, the lush greenery gives way to more rugged terrain, providing a taste of the diverse landscapes you’ll encounter on your expedition.

Today’s trek takes you to Muri, situated at 2322 meters. A seven-hour walk allows you to witness the changing scenery and experience the gradual elevation gain. The trail may lead through dense forests and quaint villages, offering a blend of cultural and natural exploration.

Traverse from Muri to Bagar, covering approximately six hours of walking. The route unfolds before you, providing glimpses of the mountainous surroundings. The trek might involve crossing rivers and ascending rocky paths, adding an adventurous touch to your journey.

As you make your way to Dobang, the landscape continues to evolve. The five-hour trek brings you to an altitude of 2545 meters. The trail might become steeper, with the vegetation changing as you gain altitude, creating a sense of anticipation for the higher elevations ahead.

Today’s journey takes you to Sallaghari, ascending to 2820 meters. The approximately five-hour trek allows for acclimatization and immersion in the natural beauty surrounding you. You may encounter alpine meadows and experience a change in the climate as you approach higher altitudes.

Continue the ascent to Italian Base Camp, reaching an altitude of 4000 meters in around four hours. Take time to acclimatize to the higher elevation. The trail might present challenging sections, demanding your focus and determination as you ascend toward the base camp.
